Troop 300 Appalachian Trail Hike 2026

BSA Troop 300 had a beautiful October weekend of Backpacking on the Appalachian Trail. Night 1 had the Scouts hike in to the Kirkridge Trail overlook on Friday night. Some Scouts left Saturday morning and a large group of Scouts continued on through Mount Minsi to the Backpack Site in New Jersey and Night 2. The weather was beautiful for fall foliage and quite cold at night going down to 27 degrees! We were thankful for all who participated.
